Lark’s Head Knot
The Lark’s head knot is great for attaching cords to key rings, a donut bead or a spacer bead. You can also use the Lark’s head to secure your cords onto a watch face to create a band.
Fold your cord in half. Take the loop and fold it over whatever you are attaching it to. Front to back as shown.

Take the two cords that are dangling in front and feed them through your loop so it looks like this:

Now just tighten it up.
